The Accuracy International Chassis System or AICS incorporates user-defined attributes such as: Adjustable length of pull by 40mm without tools and further by making use of 10mm and 20mm spacers; Lateral and height adjustable cheek piece (which stores a 4mm hex key for positioning accessory rails); Standard AX Folding Stock (that brings down transportation and storage, folds to the right over the bolt handle for a slimmer profile); AX Butt Pad (Locking mechanism for swift and tool-less pad height as well as angle adjustment); Quick detach flush cup style AX Sling Point for fast sling repositioning; Ergonomic operator configurable AX Pistol Grip; AICS AX corrosion resistant, low friction 5 round magazine and optional 10 round magazines; and Green stock sides with black metalwork.
The Accuracy International AX AICS Chassis REM 700 LA .338 LAPUA CIP 16" Forend Tube Green 26714GR is supplemented with Harris adapter and an AI spigot adapter is offered as an accessory. The Long Action AICS 26714GR is also supplied with AX Accessory STANAG 4694/ Mil-Std 1913 action/ fore-end Rails. Furthermore, a free float 16 inches forend with AX Patented KeySlot accessory mounting system (a rigid octagonal tube that mounts accessory rails, bipods and sling - can be removed with the 4mm hex key stored in the cheekpiece) is also part of the list of features.
