Scopelist's primary business is the retail sale of firearms, optics, and related products purchased directly through us. In general, Scopelist does not offer transfers. Due to the volume of inbound shipments we receive daily, third-party transfer services are limited and offered only as outlined below.
Firearm Transfers
Scopelist does not accept standard firearm transfers for firearms purchased from other dealers, online sellers, or private parties.
Customers seeking a firearm transfer are encouraged to work with a local FFL that offers transfer services or to purchase directly from Scopelist.
NFA Transfers
Scopelist does accept NFA transfers originating from Silencer Shop as part of our established partnership.
NFA items purchased through Silencer Shop and assigned to Scopelist as the receiving dealer will be accepted and processed in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws.
NFA transfers from sources other than Silencer Shop are not accepted.
Transfer Fees (Where Applicable)
For transfers that are accepted under this policy, the following fees apply:
All applicable fees must be paid prior to taking possession of the item.
Storage Fees
A storage fee applies to firearms, suppressors, and other regulated items held at Scopelist while awaiting transfer or pickup.
Once a transfer has been initiated and paid for, storage fees are paused until the transfer is complete. After completion, a one-week grace period applies before storage fees resume. All outstanding storage fees must be paid before items are released.
