At the core of the ObservIR is a 12μm high-sensitivity thermal sensor (NETD <15mK), paired with a 35mm F1.0 Germanium lens. AGM OBSE35-384-LRF combination enables long-range thermal detection of human-sized targets out to 1968 yards. Complementing the thermal sensor is an ultra-low illumination optical channel with 3840x2160 resolution, aided by an integrated IR illuminator—perfect for precise target identification under cover of darkness.
The ObservIR’s dual-spectrum fusion allows users to detect heat signatures with thermal imaging and confirm details with night vision, greatly enhancing situational awareness. An eye-safe 1,000-meter laser rangefinder, digital magnetic compass, and GPS module further expand the unit’s versatility in the field.
