The Bushnell RXM-300 pistol optic, developed in collaboration with world champion shooter KC Eusebio, is designed for durability and versatility in pistol applications. It features a large 28mm wide by 24mm tall window, providing an expansive field of view, and utilizes the popular RMR/SRO footprint for direct mounting on compatible handguns. Additionally, it includes a weaver style adapter for mounting on rifles, carbines, and shotguns.

The Bushnell RXM-300 employs Bushnell's EXO Barrier coating on the window to repel water and maintain a crisp reticle by preventing light diffraction. The reticle itself is a 4 MOA dot with 12 brightness settings and a runtime of up to 35,000 hours. It features a shake awake function that activates the optic upon detecting movement and deactivates after 5 minutes of inactivity. Brightness can be adjusted manually, or an optional automatic ambient brightness adjustment can be enabled to adapt to changing light conditions.

Constructed with a rugged aluminum housing, the RXM-300 ensures protection for the glass and electronic internals during field use. It is IPX7 rated, allowing the optic to be submerged at 1 meter depth for 30 minutes without damage, adding to its durability and reliability in various environments.
