The EOTech Black Holographic Sight w/DCR Reticle, 1 MOA Dot & QD Lever EXPS3-0DCR features the advanced Danger Close Reticle (DCR), making it ideal for tactical shooting, close-quarters combat, and long-range accuracy. EOTech EXPS3-DCR cutting-edge holographic weapon sight is built on the popular EXPS3 platform, offering true two-eyes-open shooting for rapid target acquisition, night vision compatibility, and a 7mm raised quick-detach base for a lower 1/3 iron sight co-witness.

The DCR Reticle is a modified version of the well-known "speed ring" circle/dot reticle, addressing point-of-aim (POA) and point-of-impact (POI) shifts during close engagements. It maintains the 68 MOA width but removes the top and bottom portions of the circle for a cleaner sight picture. The bottom section is replaced with a chevron aiming point, designed to compensate for height-over-bore adjustments at close range, ensuring precise shot placement.

When used with a .223/5.56 rifle zeroed at 50 yards, the DCR reticle provides three confident aiming solutions: a 7-yard close-combat point, a 50-yard mid-range zero, and a 200-yard long-distance aiming point.
