Hornady 2286 recommends a 1:7" twist rate to stabilize this heavy .224-caliber profile, so they’re typically used in fast-twist barrels and precision platforms (examples include certain .223/5.56, .224 Valkyrie, and 22-250 setups, but always verify stabilization for your specific barrel/velocity).
