The P365-380 ROSE is a pistol and training system designed specifically for first-time female gun owners, developed in partnership between Sig Sauer and World Champion Competitive Shooter Lena Miculek. It's a comprehensive system that is designed to help boost confidence and improve shooting skills. The package includes access to online programs based on Lena Miculek’s years of professional experience, as well as an online community where members can learn and grow with each other. Additionally, the P365-380 ROSE comes with 5 dummy rounds for safe training and a Vaultek Lifepod Pistol Safe for secure storage.

The P365-380 ROSE is a slightly smaller version of the renowned P365 but chambered in the softer-shooting .380 ACP. The lower half of the P365-380 ROSE is nearly identical to the standard 9mm version, which means that the P365-380 ROSE shares the same grip module and fire control unit as the 9mm version. This similarity provides the same feel, controls, and trigger pull as the 9mm version, as well as compatibility with standard P365 holsters. The P365-380 ROSE is also compatible with standard P365 accessories, including flat triggers, FOXTROT lights, and XSeries grip modules.

In addition to its new chambering, the P365-380 ROSE is equipped with some serious upgrades over the original P365. The slide has been milled to accept micro red-dot sights and is compatible with Sig’s ROMEOZero Elite. The rear sights are separate from the optics plate and are mounted via dovetail, allowing the user to install suppressor height sights for co-witnessing with a mounted red dot.
