The Safran Vectronix TERRAPIN X is a compact and durable laser rangefinder with a maximum range of 3280 yards (1.86 miles) and accuracy of 1.2 x .5 mrad. It features Bluetooth connectivity, allowing it to integrate with multiple compatible ballistic apps and devices, as well as a dedicated smartphone app for remote control. The TERRAPIN X has 8x magnification, 28mm objective lens, and a shock-resistant rubber armor for protection. It is waterproof, has an operational temperature range from -68° F to 131° F and comes with a neck strap, battery, instruction manual, and lens tissue. It is compatible with various apps and devices such as TPNX, Kestrel 5700 Elite AB, Strelok Pro App, etc.

The TERRAPIN X has redefined the compact laser rangefinder market by offering a device that is both affordable and durable, yet packed with cutting-edge features.
With a maximum range of 3280 yards (1.86 miles), the TERRAPIN X is capable of measuring distances with unparalleled accuracy, even at long distances past 2000 meters. Its small beam divergence of 1.2 x .5 mrad allows for precise measurement of small targets. The TERRAPIN X also calculates the equivalent horizontal range to a target by measuring slope and azimuth, making it ideal for uneven terrain. With its scan mode, you can measure multiple targets quickly, with a new measurement result every half second.
The TERRAPIN X was designed to integrate seamlessly into your shooting system. Its industry-leading Bluetooth connectivity allows it to connect to more compatible ballistic apps and third-party devices than any other rangefinder on the market, including Kestrel (LiNK) weather meters, Garmin Foretrex® 701, Trasol ballistic app, Strelok Pro ballistic app, and more. The TERRAPIN X also comes with a dedicated smartphone app (iOS and Android) that allows you to control your rangefinder remotely, adjust settings, measure distances between objects, or activate a range gate. The app also features a Google Maps integration, which displays the position and GPS data of measured targets.
The TERRAPIN X features 8x magnification, providing sharp, clear images even in low light conditions. Its 28mm objective lens gathers more light than any other compact rangefinder in its class, ensuring bright images in any lighting conditions.
Rugged and Reliable: Built to last, the TERRAPIN X is housed in Ryton® material, which protects electronic components from extreme temperatures and corrosive materials. Its outer shell is covered in a thick, shock-resistant rubber armor that provides extra grip and protection. The laser, battery, and objective lens are deeply recessed into the device, ensuring their protection. The TERRAPIN X is IP 67 certified, meaning it can withstand water up to a depth of 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. Safran Vectronix has truly raised the bar with the TERRAPIN X when it comes to durability and reliability.
Purchaser of the TERRAPIN X will get the standard warranty of 1 year (USA) or 2 years (EU). By registering for the TERRAPIN X mobile app, your warranty will be extended to lifetime for optics and to 3 years for electronics (excluding misuse). The registration must occur within 90 days after purchase. Warranty is transferable.
