Each bullet features Hornady’s advanced aluminum A-Tip, which delivers a superior ballistic coefficient and consistent aerodynamics for reduced drag, flatter trajectories, and excellent stability at distance. The 153-grain design is optimized for cartridges like the 6.5 Creedmoor, 6.5 PRC, and 6.5x47 Lapua, offering outstanding performance in high-BC, heavy-for-caliber applications. Hornady recommends a 1:8" or faster twist rate to ensure proper stabilization. These Hornady 2638 bullets are sequentially packaged for consistent performance and lot uniformity. As with all match-grade components, use Hornady’s published load data, work up loads carefully while monitoring for pressure signs, and confirm seating depth and accuracy in your rifle.
