Hornady A-Tip Match Sequential 6.5mm (.264 cal) 153-grain 26382 is a match-grade reloading projectile designed for precision and long-range competition. The Hornady 26382 is a pointed, aerodynamic-tipped design that improves ballistic coefficient and flight consistency versus a plain-nose bullet, and the “Sequential” packaging denotes batch/serial numbering for component tracking. The 153-gr weight and Hornady’s recommended 1:8" twist rate make it well suited to 6.5-class cartridges (e.g., 6.5 Creedmoor, 6.5×47) that need a heavier, high-BC bullet for stable flight at distance. Expect tight manufacturing tolerances and excellent consistency for match loads; as always use published Hornady load data and work up loads carefully while watching for pressure signs.
Hornady’s A-Tip bullets are the result of years of R&D and precision manufacturing. Each projectile uses a machined aluminum tip that is longer than typical polymer tips, shifting the center of gravity forward for improved in-flight stability.
