Q LLC redefines the world of suppressed AR-platform firearms with their groundbreaking creation, the Q LLC Honey Badger. Originally conceptualized at AAC by the renowned firearm designer Kevin Brittingham and his dedicated R&D team, this compact Personal Defense Weapon (PDW) was specifically developed to meet the requirements of U.S. special forces. Tasked with replacing the aging MP5 SD submachine guns, these elite units sought a modern PDW chambered in a rifle caliber, capable of delivering effective suppressed fire. Although the Honey Badger did not become the chosen replacement for the MP5 SD, its success inspired Kevin Brittingham to establish Q LLC and produce an enhanced version of the Honey Badger for civilian enthusiasts.

The Honey Badger's design is meticulously crafted to excel with suppressor use. Its 7-inch stainless steel barrel optimizes the potential of the .300 Blackout cartridge, while the 1:5" twist rate ensures exceptional stabilization of heavy subsonic bullets, delivering unparalleled accuracy at mid to long ranges. An adjustable gas block adds versatility, allowing the rifle to adapt to various ammunition types.

Remarkably compact and lightweight, the Honey Badger measures a mere 25" with the stock fully extended and weighs under 5 lbs, mirroring the weight and overall length of a standard MP5. This exceptional lightness can be attributed to its machined aluminum handguard and receiver. To further reduce unnecessary weight, the forward assist has been omitted.

When it comes to customization, the Honey Badger offers extensive options. It features a full-length Picatinny rail, providing ample space for optics, iron sights, and clip-on night vision/thermal devices. Additionally, the handguard incorporates M-LOK sections, allowing for the attachment of lights, lasers, grips, and other accessories, enabling users to personalize their setup to their exact preferences.
