Q LLC has set a new benchmark for suppressed AR-platform firearms with the Honey Badger. Originally conceived by AAC, under the guidance of renowned firearm designer Kevin Brittingham and his research and development team, this compact Personal Defense Weapon (PDW) emerged. The Q LLC Honey Badger came into existence as a response to a request from U.S. special forces who sought a contemporary PDW chambered in a rifle caliber and designed for effective suppressed fire, aiming to replace the aging MP5 SD submachine guns.

While the Honey Badger wasn't ultimately chosen to replace the MP5 SD, it served as the inspiration for Kevin Brittingham to establish Q LLC and commence the production of an enhanced civilian version of the Honey Badger.

The Honey Badger's design primarily revolves around suppressor use. It features a 7-inch stainless steel barrel that maximizes the potential of the .300 Blackout cartridge, with a 1:5" twist rate that's ideal for stabilizing heavy subsonic bullets, delivering exceptional accuracy at mid to long ranges. The barrel is equipped with an exclusive suppressor designed specifically for the Honey Badger, and an adjustable gas block allows for adaptability to different ammunition types.
